Yoga is the perfect complement to your dance or general fitness regime. The benefit of a regular yoga practice are numerous and here's just a few: lowers stress and enhances mood; increases flexibility and strength; assists weight loss and improves muscle tone and strength; improves balance. The list goes on! In the studio, we focus mainly on vinyasa flow, with the occasional power yoga or restorative class. Vinyasa means "breath synchronised movement" and involves a variety of poses which seamlessly flow one after the other, using our breath. Looking for something fun and exciting to do? Why not join us in one of our social events and dance the night away? It’s a wonderful chance to meet new people, share stories and drinks and just have a great time. Don’t worry, we’re all friendly folks here! We always strive to make each event as affable and all-inclusive as possible so nobody gets left out of the fun.
