Are you forever avoiding the gym and looking for a full body workout that is FUN? Then join us for Dance fit! Dance fit is a dance fitness workout designed to make you sweat, move and use parts of your body you didn't even know you had! We start with a 10 minute warm up, followed by a fun dance workout in a choreographed “follow me” format. The instructor demonstrates and you follow. You’ll be busting out African inspired moves to the upbeat funky tunes of Afro house. Be prepared to SWEAT and maybe even enjoy (whaaat?!) your workout! This is for everyone, no matter your dance background or fitness level!

Looking for something fun and exciting to do? Why not join us in one of our social events and dance the night away? It’s a wonderful chance to meet new people, share stories and drinks and just have a great time. Don’t worry, we’re all friendly folks here! We always strive to make each event as affable and all-inclusive as possible so nobody gets left out of the fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to dancing or have been swingin’ and shakin’ for years, everyone is welcome to join in on our parties.
